Mike’s above and beyond agent representation included providing us his personal remote video tours of several candidate houses, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each home. Later, when negotiations with the buyer proved somewhat complex, Mike assisted us by being there throughout the due diligence process and through closing. With Mike help’s we were able to narrow our choices to one, qualify and close on a lovely house we now call home.
